Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Supplying necessary content (text, images, etc.) in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining any hosting or third-party accounts

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio. Any pre-existing materials or tools we use remain our property or that of third-party licensors.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific results such as increased sales or traffic. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for work completed to date, and we will provide all completed deliverables.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
